PID & digital control for real-time stabilization — ballbots, Stewart platforms, PLC loops.
Mechatronics Engineer
I build at the intersection of mechanics, electronics, and software — real-time control systems, embedded firmware, power electronics, and intelligent robotic platforms. Four internships at Tesla, Motorola, Neutron Controls, and ASI; every project below is real hardware or shipped code.
I'm a final-year Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, graduating in May 2026. Over four co-op terms I've shipped work at Tesla, Motorola Solutions, Neutron Controls, and Accelerated Systems Inc. — spanning industrial controls, embedded firmware, cybersecurity tooling, and PCB hardware design.
My sweet spot is taking a system from model to firmware to bring-up: tuning control loops in MATLAB/Simulink, writing the embedded C/C++ that runs them, designing the boards in Altium, and building the software that monitors it all. I like hard, multidisciplinary problems — self-balancing robots, CPU–FPGA co-design, power electronics, real-time telemetry, and AI tooling.

Spearheaded the Levitating Pod, Motor Control Unit, and Exterior Lighting for the 6th-gen hyperloop pod. Secured $5,000 in funding by pitching the team to the UWaterloo Finance Association and local groups.
Founded a startup enabling University of Waterloo students to create online portfolios — reached 100+ signups in the first month, helping students showcase their technical projects.
